Wentworth Golf Club

The World famous Golf Club at Wentworth has several function rooms, each with audio and visual systems. The rooms can be used seperatly, or partitions opened to make one large function suite.

Sound Advice recently refurbished the audio systems and designed and installed the CUE master touch screen controller, right, which automatically reconfigures the AV signal paths to the different rooms at the touch of a button.

Weymouth Bay and Portland harbour are widely recognised as the finest sailing waters in the UK, This, together the development of the new purpose built, on shore facilities have resulted in the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy being selected as the venue for the London 2012 Olympic sailing events. Sound Advice are proud to have designed and installed all of the public address and hard of hearing systems throughout the Academy.

Leisure Centres

All 5 New Forest District Council Leisure Centres have new Public Address Systems installed by Sound Advice. Each site has up to 10 zones with interfaces to the Fire Alarm and Emergency Digital Message Stores. The picture shows the new cardio vascular gym at Applemore Recreation Centre where we installed four large screen monitors and a Cloud “Pump Station” system. This enables the clients to hear any one of 8 audio channels via their individual headsets.

Complete with zoned music and paging systems, race start tones and competitor messaging.

Portsmouth Pyramids Centre with Soundsphere loudspeakers covering 8 zones with music and PA messages.

The Plaza Conference Suite and Orangery Function Suites were also refurbished and integrated into the main system.

Wyvern College

The large screen on the left is used to show training videos projected from a 4500 ANSI lumen professional Mitsubishi projector. Live video footage of the events happening in the new sports hall at Wyvern College can also be shown. The two sound sphere loudspeakers located in the centre of the room provide quality music and highly intelligible speech via headband radio microphones that the tutors can use anywhere in the space.

Route 66 Torquay where Sound Advice installed all the sound and effects lighting and the infrastructure for the laser. The effects lighting are computer controlled and shows can be pre programmed.

Booker T's

The complete live concert background music and disco sound systems, along with the dance floor and disco lighting, were designed and installed by Sound Advice at Booker T's in Newport.

There are two lighting rigs, which will operate independently, or they can be linked together to provide one impressive show.

The Julie Rose Memorial Stadium is a new, purpose built athletics stadium and Sound Advice was contracted to design, supply and install the Public Address and background music systems to enable the site to be used for several activities from basic training and teaching sessions, up to hosting County and National events.
